Service Rates

A rough estimate for offices between 300 and 2000 square feet.
Vacuuming & General Cleaning
 3 cents per square foot + $15 per visit.
Steam Cleaning
 18 cents per square foot + $55 per visit.
Tile Stripping & Polishing
 15 cents per square foot + $25 per visit.
Window Cleaning
 5 cents per square foot + $15 per visit.

An hourly rate of $33 may be charged under special circumstances, or if unlisted services are required.

The actual rate is determined on a case by case basis upon assessment of the location.
